How to Get Every Known NARUTO CARD GAME Promo: A Collector's Roadmap

Every NARUTO CARD GAME promo released so far is the same card number, CP-001, and every one of them is a Chakra Card. What separates them is the event that handed it out and how hard that event is to get into.

Here is each confirmed variant, what it actually takes to claim one, and which windows are still open. One thing gates nearly all of it: a registered BANDAI TCG+ account. If you take nothing else from this page, go register.

The two named variants

CP-001 Chakra Card -Gen Con 2026 Ver.-

Gen Con 2026, July 30 to August 2, Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis. Closed.

The first NARUTO CARD GAME card ever printed. It came in a gift set alongside a backpack, a logo sticker, and a voucher to buy the official playmat when it ships in 2027, and that voucher only worked on the day of the session you attended.

Three hurdles stood between you and one: a Gen Con badge, an advance Tutorial Session ticket (registration opened June 21 and the slots went fast), and a BANDAI TCG+ account subscribed to the NARUTO TCG UPDATES CHANNEL plus a completed post-session survey. Sitting the session was not sufficient. People who skipped the TCG+ step walked out empty-handed.

Booth visitors who missed a session could still grab the backpack and sticker while daily stock held out. Not the card.

The card reads "Not for Resale" on its face. It is nonetheless the only NARUTO CARD GAME card with a functioning secondary market, and singles have reportedly cleared four figures. Treat any figure you see as a snapshot, not a valuation.

CP-001 Chakra Card -New York Yankees™ Ver.-

NARUTO Night at Yankee Stadium, September 8, 2026, Bronx, New York. Happening now.

The card carries the Yankees logo and goes out at the gates. No tutorial, no lottery, no TCG+ requirement, which makes it by far the easiest promo in the game to obtain if you happen to be in New York.

The Yankees promotional schedule lists it as first 40,000 guests, presented by Bandai. You may see 18,000 quoted in older coverage. That number belongs to a different promotion two nights later, the Benjamin Moore knit hat giveaway on September 10, and it has been carried over by mistake in a lot of write-ups. Bandai's own page states no quantity and points readers to the Yankees.

The stadium's distribution rules are worth knowing before you plan around them:

• One item per valid same-day ticket, per valid entry.
• You have to collect it as you come in. Once you clear the distribution area, staff will not hand you one.
• Already-scanned tickets are void for the purpose.

In practice that kills the re-entry strategy people try at these nights. If you want more than one, you need a warm body with a ticket for each card.

At 40,000, this is an enormous print run compared to a convention gift set. The two cards look closely related. They are not comparable collectibles, and anyone pricing them the same is not thinking about it.

The unnamed CP-001: five conventions, one formula

NYCC, PAX Aus, Spiel Essen, Paris Games Week and Lucca all list a plain "CP-001 Chakra Card" with no version suffix, unlike the Gen Con and Yankees cards. Whether that means one shared card face across all five or something else has not been clarified.

The formula is close to identical at every stop. Free tutorial sessions, on-site same-day registration rather than advance tickets, one session per person for the entire show, and the CP-001 Chakra Card for anyone registered to the NARUTO TCG UPDATES CHANNEL on TCG+ who completes the post-session survey. NYCC and PAX Aus bundle a logo sticker into that participant gift; Spiel Essen, Paris Games Week and Lucca hand over the card alone. Demo decks stay at the table. The official playmat sells at the booth for $35 plus tax, one per person, limited daily, with no voucher needed. That last part is a change from Gen Con, where the playmat was participant-only.

Bandai only published the three European pages on September 4, so this is new information. Coverage written before that date will tell you the European stops had no promo confirmed. They do.

One small quirk in the fine print. PAX Aus, Spiel Essen and Paris Games Week each also run a separate sticker giveaway for following an official social account or registering for TCG+, no tutorial required. NYCC has no such section (its sticker only comes with a session), and Lucca offers no sticker at all. It is only a sticker, but on the three shows that have it, it is the only free item on the tour you can get without a session.

Register your TCG+ account before you travel. The requirement is stated on every one of these pages, and fighting convention Wi-Fi at the booth is a bad way to discover it.

Bandai's own site says "more new information will be revealed at New York Comic Con", and NYCC's schedule lists a NARUTO panel (Saturday, October 10) with a limited door giveaway of unannounced contents. Our rundown of Bandai's convention panel format covers what these usually deliver.

BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27: the part that catches people out

Fest runs across 11 cities worldwide, and the Asian stops do not work like the conventions above. These are pre-registered Teaching Sessions awarded by lottery, with application windows that open and close weeks before the event. The participant gift is again a CP-001 Chakra Card.

Five cities have published terms:

Applications run through BANDAI TCG+, and here is the detail that quietly disqualifies people: your profile has to read "Face Photo Verified" during the window, and Bandai's own note says approval can take a week or more. Starting verification on the day a window closes does not work.

If there is any chance you will apply for a Fest city, verify now. It costs nothing.

Two Western stops are dated but the NARUTO side is still thin:

• Orlando, January 7 to 10, 2027, Orange County Convention Center. Admission details are still "coming soon". Bandai describes the NARUTO activity here as a Tutorial Session rather than a lottery Teaching Session, which suggests the convention model rather than the Asian one, though the NARUTO page still reads that details will be updated later.
• London, January 15 to 17, 2027, ExCeL London. A pre-registered tournament ticket is required for entry; the NARUTO activity is again a Tutorial Session, details pending.

Kuala Lumpur (December 12 to 13) and Taipei (December 19 to 20) now carry dates; Shanghai is still just "December 2026" and Tokyo "early 2027", and none of the four has a venue or NARUTO-specific details. Notably, there is still no dated NARUTO tutorial event in Japan itself.

What is still unknown

Bandai has in-store Tutorial Sessions rolling out in early 2027, ahead of the worldwide release in Summer 2027 — a timeline we break down in what the extended runway reveals. Store-level events are the obvious candidate for making CP-001 broadly available, but nothing has been said about promos at that stage.

Nothing has been announced about a CP-002 or any promo that is not a Chakra Card.

The short version

• Register a BANDAI TCG+ account and subscribe to the NARUTO TCG UPDATES CHANNEL. Almost every gift is gated on it.
• Complete Face Photo Verification now if a Fest city is even a maybe. It takes a week or more.
• Gen Con is over. Yankee Stadium needs a ticket and an early arrival, and the card has to be collected on the way in.
• NYCC, PAX Aus and all three European stops are on-site sign-ups. Arrive early, expect one session, and the playmat is available whether or not you get a slot.
• Fest cities in Asia are lotteries. Hong Kong closes September 27. Bangkok and Singapore open September 11.
• Every promo so far is CP-001, but a 40,000-card stadium giveaway and a convention gift set are not the same thing.
